Meet Our Team
Jason LaBonte is the chief executive officer of Veritas Data Research, where he is responsible for the overall management of the company and its operations. He is an executive with over 15 years of experience in leading healthcare information and technology companies, most recently as chief strategy officer at Datavant. Jason received his Ph.D. in virology from Harvard University, and his A.B. in molecular biology from Princeton University.
Jelita Victorson-Adams is the director of business development and sales at Veritas Data Research, where she has the distinction of being employee #1. She previously worked as an executive in the global translation industry. Jelita is a graduate of the George Washington University.
Judy Simons leads product and information technology at Veritas Data Research. She previously worked as an IT executive at Marriott International and CSX Technology. Judy is a graduate of William & Mary.
Keith Austin coordinates customer and data operations support at Veritas Data Research. He previously worked in IT and data operations roles in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Keith is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
Kelly Simons is the Product Success Manager at Veritas Data Research. She joins us with a background in fine arts, marketing, and computer coding. Kelly is a graduate of Ohio University.
Kirsty Macaulay is the Director of Product, leading the strategy, research and development of product at Veritas Data Research. She comes from a background in technology and healthcare data, along with expertise in data science and privacy. Kirsty received her Ph.D. in computational chemistry from the University of Edinburgh and is also a graduate of Heriot-Watt University.
Robin Osmond is part of the Veritas business development team. She has been a global sales and customer experience executive for over 20 years, focused in the healthcare data and technology sector. Robin is a graduate of Memorial University and George Brown.

Joe Austin is a co-founder and member of the board at Veritas Data Research. He is an expert in healthcare data and a successful entrepreneur, who co-founded Universal Patient Key (now Datavant). Joe is a graduate of Clark University.
Shahir Kassam-Adams is a co-founder and chairman of the board at Veritas Data Research. He is a serial entrepreneur, who co-founded Universal Patient Key (now Datavant), and is an active advisor and investor for healthcare technology start-ups. Shahir is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton MBA program, Johns Hopkins University and Emory University.
